Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DevFlow Watch service (the “Service”) provided by DevFlow Monitoring, Inc. (“DevFlow”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity in your workspace. Notify us at security@devflow.ioif you believe an account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to monitor or attack endpoints you do not own or have permission to test. You will not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, scrape competitive endpoints in violation of their terms, or attempt to bypass DevFlow rate limits.

3. Plans and fees

Plans are listed at /pricing. Free tier has no time limit. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in USD. We will give 30 days notice of price changes affecting an active subscription.

4. Term and termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete customer data within 30 days. You may export your data at any time using data-retention tooling.

5. SLA

We commit to 99.9% public-API availability and 99.95% probe-network availability per calendar month, with service credits for shortfalls. The full SLA is in the MSA.

6. Liability

DevFlow’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Standard exclusions for indirect, consequential, and lost-profit damages apply.

7. AI features

The Service includes a documentation chat assistant (“DevFlow Docs Bot”) that uses Google Gemini. Responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate; the source-of-truth is the underlying docs. Treat the Bot as a research aid, not authoritative advice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of San Francisco County. EU customers have additional rights under EU consumer law that these Terms do not displace.
